Trans Nzoia Women Leaders stands as a women-led community organization, championing grassroots women's causes. Through advocacy. we promote women's rights as human rights and strive for gender equality across socio-economic  and political realms. We forge strategic alliances with development partners, county government(s), and Development partners to amplify women's voices in decision-making arenas and advocating for gender equity in policies and budgets. We offer Psychosocial support to survivors of gender-based violence.
